the shower head in the bathroom room 402 sprays water all over. It needs to be changed. The gentleman from the restaurant in the morning is wonderful. So kind. and attentive. The girl at the front desk with the long black hair was also helpful.

Customer service was great. Clean room, huge beds i felt like a queen! They will always help you with any request. I will deffinetly return! Is like 20-30 min walk to center of Tirana Scanderberg square but in the way there you find great shops! My first visit and the next still to this hotel! ❤️
