The hotel is beautiful with a gorgeous view. The best thing about this hotel is its staff, they are very kind people and always willing to help you with everything. Mr. Marcelo was always very attentive and helped us with everything during our stay at the hotel. My husband got sick to his stomach and Mr. Marcelo was attentive to his health at all times until he felt better. I can only thank him and the entire reception staff. It is a highly recommended hotel and we had a wonderful vacation in the beautiful city of El Calafate.

It’s quite difficult to park our car. The parking space is limited and quite difficult to rotate around.
