Soap in the bathroom. Quality of breakfast. Poor training of the receptionist( only one on the first stay. She place my wife and I in the wrong reserved room,, didn't give us the electricity card, and then the electricity card was not working. ( spend 30 minutes until she come up ). Refused to give my wife and I a second card to open the door. She said " only one per room". That problem did not occur with other male receptionist on the second stay, he gave us the correct room, electricity card and two cards to open the door.
