I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Royal Saray. I made a simple mistake when booking a twin bed room, and instead of offering a reasonable solution, the receptionist made the situation unnecessarily difficult, despite the availability of queen bed rooms on the app. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of cooperation is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be luxurious. I am calling today to formally raise a complaint and expect this issue to be taken seriously and handled properly.
