Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. The property is quite outdated and, even though it was only half full during our visit, it still didn’t feel comfortable. The location is directly on the beach, which is nice, but the surrounding village is not appealing at all—many empty or half-built buildings, dirty streets, and a generally neglected atmosphere. The biggest issue, however, is that the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. After checkout it became nearly impossible to reach anyone. We left much earlier than planned and were promised a refund, with written confirmation provided, yet the refund was never processed. Despite several attempts to contact them, I received no response. This level of service is unacceptable and unfortunately overshadowed the entire stay.
