The hotel's service quality is of very high standard. Room was spacious and very clean. The staff, whether they were in the check-in reception or the club lounge, were excellent. I spent a bit of time at the club lounge during different times of each day and the staff (sorry didn't get any of their names) there were all wonderful and went out of their way to provide excellent services!
