Big decent apartment and some issues on arrival

Stuff was very friendly, polite, the location was good, instructions clear, room clean, comfy, they had towels, shower gel, shampoo, kitchen utensils. They also have a nice small breakfast buffet, it was pretty convenient. Overall it was a pleasant experience, I highly recommend.

The location is nice, there's a metro station and a couple of shops in the vicinity. The sheets and blankets were clean.
