We arrived in a cold December afternoon by public transportation (plane and then train). The hotel was closed during lunchtime and even though we called to ask for the favour of letting us check-in the answer was an aplogy. We had to wait two hours in the cold, as I said, we did not have a car. I understand they have their check-in times. However, even an Airbnb has someone available for these cases. A little flexibility is always welcome.

The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were very clean. The value , when compared to other hotels in the area is very good. There are plenty of good restaurants and markets that are a max 5 min drive away.
