Special thanks to Abdullah and Fatima for their warm welcome. The room was fine and the bathrooms were separate. The location is about 20 minutes from the Medina, but I was lucky that almost no one else was staying at the hostel, so I had a nice and quiet night’s sleep. Overall, it was a pleasant stay — the only downside is that the breakfast is quite basic, nothing compared to what you usually get in riads. I recommend it for the friendly hospitality and for a short stay of one or two nights in Fes. It’s also just a 20-minute walk from the train station and about 15 minutes from the CTM bus station.
