A Sanctuary of True Care and Compassion My recent stay at Islandfront in El Nido was nothing short of a life-changing experience. I arrived during one of the most challenging and struggling times of my life, and what I found here was far more than just a place to stay. I found a genuine sanctuary supported by the most incredible human beings. The staff here go far beyond traditional customer service. They do not just serve; they truly care about their guests' well-being. Throughout my stay, they extended deep empathy, kindness, and unwavering support, helping me navigate my struggles with a level of warmth that touched my soul. I honestly could not thank them enough for simply being there for me when I needed it most. I want to give special, heartfelt recognition to some truly remarkable people who made all the difference during my visit: Deseryl, Merlyn, Josie, Ma'am Bev, and the entire rest of the team. You are the beating heart of Islandfront, and I sincerely hope management takes wonderful care of all of you, just as you take such incredible care of your guests. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, attentiveness, and help with all my needs. I will definitely be coming back.
