This welcoming guesthouse allows you to truly feel the spirit of Hawaii and the warmth of its hosts. The location is excellent—close to the volcano, the road to Hana, and the upper part of the island where the luxury resorts are concentrated. If you prefer a simple, modest, yet heartfelt vacation—with the option to make your own barbecue and enjoy a quiet morning in the yard with a cup of coffee and the sound of birds—this is the place for you. Everything here is simple, clean, and homey. But the most heartfelt and emotional part of Maui was meeting the host of this home, Miko. He is the best host we’ve encountered in all our travels. We still fondly remember our morning chats with him and regret being so far away now. People like him are the fireflies of our world. Thank you, Miko!
