Great location, clean comfy room, and exceptional staff. After a 1 night stay, we immediately embarked on a ha long bay cruise and, after returning, had a late night overnight train ride to Sapa. The staff allowed us to store our things there for a few hours prior to leaving, which we greatly appreciated, at no charge. We re-booked a 2 night stay at the end of our vacation since it exceeded all of our expectations. Book it! The location and staff can't be beat at a great price.
